Counterbalanced Forklift Parts
Counterbalanced Forklift Parts
The parts of counterbalanced forklifts are crucial elements for maintaining their good performance and ensuring safe and efficient operation. They cover several important parts and the following systems:
Power System: There are two types, namely internal combustion (diesel and gasoline engines) and electric (electric motors paired with batteries), which provide the power for the forklift to run.
Transmission System: It includes mechanical, hydraulic, and hydrostatic transmissions. These are responsible for power transmission and speed change, with the convenience of operation increasing in sequence.
Lifting System: Comprising masts, forks, and chains, it enables the vertical lifting of goods.
Steering System: Divided into mechanical, hydraulic, and electric steering, it facilitates the steering control of the forklift.
Braking System: Consisting of service brakes and parking brakes, it ensures safety during driving and parking.
Body and Auxiliary Systems: Including the frame, overhead guard, seat, lighting, and warning systems, these enhance the comfort and safety of the operation.
